Coming to real estate<\/strong>, we operate under the brand named\u00a0Subhadra Estates<\/strong>\u00a0and have developed several layouts and apartment projects in our endeavour to cater to residential needs of Nashikites.<\/p>\n

Founder Group Chairman – Late Shri Ramesh M. Shah<\/h4>\n

He was an enthusiastic, confident, and ambitious commerce Graduate from Pratap College Amalner who migrated towards Nashik in search of employment after his graduation. He started with a small job, subsequently entered the profession of Income Tax and Sales Tax practice. In his 10 years practice he sensed the opportunity in Real Estate development in Nashik. His first venture started as booking agent of a building called Niranjan in Kulkarni Colony, Nashik and immediately after that he along with his brother and team came up with several construction and land development projects.<\/p>\n

Business Expansion<\/h4>\n

In 1981 a property was built and rented to SBI and in 1988 to cater to the need for a rich wedding venue he came up with the first of its kind, wedding venue \u2013 Royale Heritage<\/a>, with lawns, gardens, banquet halls and ample rooms with allied infrastructure. Simultaneously he purchased scenic and strategically located agricultural lands for horticultural, farmhouse and weekend homes development.<\/p>\n

The businesses of the group are now inherited by four brothers. Niranjan R. Shah, BE (Civil) is involved in real estate development. Aniruddha R. Shah, BE (automobiles) handles the hotel activities, Siddharth R. Shah, a commerce graduate is involved in real estate and ceramics.<\/p>\n
