About Us
Shah and Shah is a group engaged in Real Estate development in and around Nashik since 1971. We also, over the years, have diversified into Hotels and ceramic trading.
Our sister concerns – Hotel Royale Heritage and Royale Ceramics.
Coming to real estate, we operate under the brand named Subhadra Estates and have developed several layouts and apartment projects in our endeavour to cater to residential needs of Nashikites.
Development & sale of clear Title NA bungalow plots, construction and sale of affordable homes, development and sale of farm plots, agricultural lands and weekend homes are some of our fortes.
The board of director comes from Shah and Shah Family and a team of 40 dedicated professionals complete the extended family.
Founder Group Chairman – Late Shri Ramesh M. Shah
He was an enthusiastic, confident, and ambitious commerce Graduate from Pratap College Amalner who migrated towards Nashik in search of employment after his graduation. He started with a small job, subsequently entered the profession of Income Tax and Sales Tax practice. In his 10 years practice he sensed the opportunity in Real Estate development in Nashik. His first venture started as booking agent of a building called Niranjan in Kulkarni Colony, Nashik and immediately after that he along with his brother and team came up with several construction and land development projects.
Business Expansion
In 1981 a property was built and rented to SBI and in 1988 to cater to the need for a rich wedding venue he came up with the first of its kind, wedding venue – Royale Heritage, with lawns, gardens, banquet halls and ample rooms with allied infrastructure. Simultaneously he purchased scenic and strategically located agricultural lands for horticultural, farmhouse and weekend homes development.
Director Board
The businesses of the group are now inherited by four brothers. Niranjan R. Shah, BE (Civil) is involved in real estate development. Aniruddha R. Shah, BE (automobiles) handles the hotel activities, Siddharth R. Shah, a commerce graduate is involved in real estate and ceramics.
